OTA ; Don't Stop, Make it Pop, DJ Blow My Speakers Up
Who: Lucifer Morningstar and OTA
Where: Deux Lux, Floor 6, Room 66
When: Anytime in March
Rating: TBD, probably PG-13 or so
Summary: Lucifer does what he does almost every other night - he has a party. Shenanigans and conversation ensue. This is essentially a catch-all for March for him. Let me know if you want something specific.
The Story:
[Once the drama of New Years dies down and he's drunk the entirely of his bar two or more times, Lucifer finally reopens his club to the public, seemingly no worse for the wear. He's chatted with a few specific people, reflected (marginally) on himself a bit, and has come to several conclusions.
All of which he'll be keeping to himself for the most part.
That said, he seems a bit brighter than even when he first arrived, as if there's a bit of weight off his shoulders, and he's almost less of a businessman and more of a guest in his own place as the nights continue on. He drinks along with everyone else, dances when he pleases, and plays the piano often, lending his singing voice more than occasionally.
Still, a few things weight on his mind that he'll need to take care of, but on the whole, he's quite chipper and easily approaching....or as approachable as the Devil can be.
That said, he's not seen a whole lot outside of his nightclub or his penthouse up the stairs, which means he might be a little more reclusive still than he first appears...]

[Such was the rules of the land. Die and come back lacking a memory. Lucifer wouldn't know personally, however.]
Cut my wings off, actually. Burned them too. I used to have them, though.
damn. I'm so sorry. >.<
[He isn't counting on Wonderland working out so well, but his ego will hold on to getting what it is he wants back in his world.
Of course, Lucifer is apparently wonderful at distraction. Seth just stares at him for a long time, not even sure what to think about that.]
Okay, I'll bite. [He's playing this as accepting it all, and he's not sure if he does or not but with Wonderland he has no reason not to. Or at least not to try.] Why would you do that?
<3333
[Distraction is, in fact, one of his greatest talents. He uses it on himself all the time.]
My Father did always like his metaphors. Removing the thing that made me one of his divine angels certainly set a message, don't you agree? Not to mention it's a little bit difficult to run Hell without them considering they were a source of my power.

[He knew how Richie managed it, healing from what he was. So how then does the normal human get themselves killed and come back perfectly fine? It rubs him the wrong way and he hasn't hidden that from anyone he's talked to.]
Wait, so you gave up all your power? Or just what you needed to punish souls and run lakes of fire and all?
no subject
[Lucifer doesn't like not knowing the answer or having someone to interrogate in order to get it, but he's been here long enough that the real fury behind that has died down most of the time.]
There isn't quite as much fire as you would think. A lot of ash, however. [Enough that it looks like it's snowing.] But no, certainly not all of it. But I can't exactly fly anymore, now can I?
[Among other things.]

That doesn't sound like nearly as entertaining decoration as they say. Well, that's true. I admit, never thought that kind of image. They should have used that. You and wings, floating above them all? Better sell than fetish red leather and a tail.
[Seth only shifts slightly, canting his head.]
There's not a tail, is there?
no subject
[He grins.]
No horns, hooves or pitchforks, either.

[Still considering this man, trying to decide what he believes and what he doesn't. How far could disbelief go when you accepts you were standing in Wonderland? Did he accept that? Seth still isn't sure. Not about any of it.]
So am I the only one wondering why your old man let them snatch you up and bring you here?
no subject
[It ain't pretty, Seth. DNW.]
You're presuming He gives a rat's ass about me. Perhaps once He realized that getting me back to Hell wasn't ever going to happen, he let all this happen. I admit, I would like to ask Him one day, if that didn't mean having to talk to Him in the first place.

[After things he's dealt with recently Seth doesn't want to know more about that face. Not when he knew there was a chance it came with snakelike features and fangs. He'd rather not have another bar ruined.]
Sounds remotely how I feel about my old man, not that I'll ever have the chance. So what could do this to you. [And Seth realizes he's accepting the premise in asking that.]
no subject
[Which is telling. Lucifer thought himself simply being informational, but as you do.]
I have no bloody idea, which is rather worrisome.
no subject
[Seth knew the man he is and how so many tend to react to him.]
That's reassuring. Entirely not reassuring.

[:)]
I'm afraid I'm not here to make anyone feel better. That's what the booze is for.
no subject
Every now and again we all aspiring to greatness?
Though I agree about the alcohol, so thanks for the bar.
no subject
[He's making it very clear that he thinks he's great, however.]
You're quite welcome. The other 'watering hole' so to speak lives up to the name. I'm happy to provide a space for those with some actual taste.

Well some of us were working on it. Some get lucky with the draw of the genetics.
[Smirking even as he says it, giving Lucifer a nod.
Seth arches a brow at that.]
I only ran into a tea... something or other. Glad I hit this one first then.
