+ For Glory! For Death! +
Who: EVERYONE & Unwanted Guests
Where: The Grounds & The Palace
When: August 27th to 29th
Rating: PG-13 to R for fighting, violence, and death
Summary: Attackers from other realms threaten the Asgardian palace and your very lives! This is where you fight or flee, the place for all your combat mingle needs.
The Story:
+ Day 3 : Rock Trolls and Ogres +

Rock Trolls and Ogres are strong, tough and surprisingly fast, with great muscular bulk. Their sight is keen, and they hunger for human flesh. Fortunately they are lacking in tactical skill, and few to none will manage to break through Asgard's protective barrier to enter the palace. ( x ) ( x )
+ Day 4 : Frost Giants +

The Forst Giants will scare off yesterday's attackers almost entirely, bringing a greater threat to the palace. They are faster and stronger still, and skilled in cryokinesis. One touch by their hand might freeze a warrior whole, if they don't stop the spread of cold on time. Several of their numbers will manage to break through Asgard's protective barrier to enter the palace. ( x )
+ Day 5 : Dark Elves +

The Dark Elves are the last and greatest threat to Asgard. They rely on stealth and deadly energy weapons, their strength and craftiness yet unparalleled. They are weak to iron, and any warrior would be lucky to discover this weakness on time. They infiltrate the palace from the caves, and nearly all of their numbers will attack from the inside. ( x )

What about when yours comes to kidnap you at night?
no subject
I doubt he'd succeed. Really, Kent. You've seen how horrible I can be. Do you really think my opposite would stand a chance?
no subject
( if damian's this bad, imagine how bad his opposite would be? he's really just imagining damian, but an actually evil version of damian. like, massacring innocent children and stuff evil damian. this damian wouldn't, he's on the good guys team, but if their mirrorselves are all opposite-- )
What if the other you never went to live with your dad? I mean. . I don't know your mom at all, but from what you've said. Or what if the other you is super evil?

He did just have Jon's life in his hands, even know he could probably think of an adequate distraction to take that Batarang out of his back pocket and finish the job--
but did he truly want to kill Jon? Not really... Jon was an alien with way more power than he knew what to do with, but even Damian had figured out through a week of observation that Jon was just a very confused child. He doubted a Damian raised by the league would even bother to consider an alternative and Jon would be dead right now.
Hell, just a clone of himself raised by the league was able to kill him.
He suddenly stood up and pulled Jon into the closet with him, away from any reflective surface. He rounded on Jon, and grabbed his shoulders to make sure he had the hybrid's full attention.]
...We need a passcode.
no subject
jon raises his hands to grab onto damian's wrists--doesn't force him away or anything, but having a good grip on him is nice. )
A passcode? Like a word only we know to make sure we're the right us or something? ( sounds reasonable, really; it's always good to know you're talking to your friend and not your friend's mirror self. ) What's a good word you don't use a lot?
no subject
Good question... [He let go to take a small light out of his pocket so they weren't standing in the dark.]
I... cherish you as a friend? [He looks like he might throw up once he gets it out.]
No, no, if the thing is my opposite it might actually say this. [He pauses to think again.] How about you ask "me" who is my favorite hero? The obvious answer being Batman so I'll say... [Again struggles not to be sick about what he's going to mumble begrudgingly to you.] "Red Robin".
no subject
of course, he had to go and spoil the whole thing. jon's lips twist down into a frown, brows furrowed in obvious displeasure, but. this is kind of more important, isn't it. and it's not like he actually thinks they're close friends, anyway!! maybe partners. just for here. he'd rather have a partner than be by himself and damian's. . the only one here from where they come from, right? )
Yeah, okay. Sounds fair. And if you ask me, I'll say "Batman."
no subject
Supergirl? Lark? ...Captain Marvel? I don't think he's anyone's favorite. [He certainly got on Damian's nerves...but so did every other hero that wasn't Batman or Nightwing.]
no subject
Captain Marvel is awesome. How about Nightwing?
no subject
What could you possibly have against Nightwing!? Nightwing is second only to Batman in adequate superheroing and far too loved to be considered obscure!
[He growled at him.] Pick someone else.
no subject
Batgirl?
no subject
Well, now you're just being petty.
[He gives Jon a deadpan look. He knows what you're doing. Smile all you want, but he's onto you.]
Fine, but then I'm changing mine to Supergirl.
[He grunts and folds his arms.]
no subject
I'm not being petty, I just normally wouldn't say Batgirl if someone asked me who my favorite was, you know? I mean. . ( you know what, this is fine. he's not gong to argue with damian about it. ) Okay. So you say Supergirl, and I'll say Batgirl.
no subject
No,-- [He points in the boy's face, just barely touching his nose.] I'm keeping it "Red Robin". I will not play your games Kent.
[He turns sharply and leaves the closet.]
no subject
I'm not playing any games. ( but he still follows after damian. )
no subject
Tt, good, you're a sore loser at games anyway. [He picks up the backpack he had the closet make him and pauses before pointing to the wall. A mirror hanging on it once again.]
Your mirror's back. [He told you they come back quick.] Good night Kent, and again, welcome to Wonderland.
[He put his fist through the mirror to break it and heads out the door.]
