Well that's certainly some kind of- formal.

( Lydia isn't actually entirely certain what she thinks of what he's wearing, other than it's certainly odd in comparison to her idea of formal wear. Okay, maybe with different worlds there'd probably been some weird miscommunication things but he definitely tried so points for effort )
