Crowley
Still, Crowley makes his way around the grounds, exploring at a safe distance. There's not much he can do to help or to keep himself safe, but he doesn't want to hide when he could miss something, so instead he brings himself to the beach, the ocean a reminder of his death before last. He loses his shoes, toes digging in the sand as he walks by himself. This is where the first rip appeared. He wonders where it came from.

He arrives back at their room some time very early in the morning, one sleepless night after the cracks appear. Crowley should be used to this by now.
"This isn't the first time these've been big enough to walk through," he says in greeting, expecting Crowley to automatically understand the direction of his thoughts. He pushes off from the door frame and steps into the room, his fingers working to roll down his rumpled sleeves.
"Christmas a couple years back they were tiny, but some other time — a Christmas a few years before that — those tears lead somewhere else."
no subject
"Where did they lead before?" That's what he asks, but what he's really asking is how much worry is Blake going to put him through when he jumps through one?
no subject
"Home." But he doesn't allow Crowley to comment before clarifying. "A facsimile of home, actually. Mark Meltzer told me 'bout them a coupla years back." It's hard for Blake to talk about Meltzer without it becoming very obvious how much he misses the man. Mark had meant something to him that no one else in Wonderland's managed to touch, like they were kindred spirits on an entirely different level.
"He said they were massive, but empty. Not a soul to be seen."

When she spies him, she offers him a genuine smile, open and bright. "Crowley." It's spoken reverently and with warmth. She's no demon, but an angel, which at least can tip him off who she really is.

"Hello, Lilith." He keeps some measure of distance between them. "Is that still your name?"
no subject
"How are you. I had heard that you were one of the ones trying to defeat the Jabberwocky."

Re: Crowley
He's followed this one down to to beach, number 8, and is scribbling down the details while Five plays with it.
"Crowley?" he says when he spots the demon, waving at him. Weird. He's not used to seeing Crowley anything other than perfectly dressed. "Are you okay?"
no subject
"Enjoying a walk on the beach. Nothing strange here."
He raises an eyebrow, pointedly not indication the rip nearest them.
"How are you enjoying the slightly unsettling view?"
no subject
Like sure, on most people that wouldn't be weird considering they were on the beach, but when it's Crowley it just looks weird. More casual than he's entirely used to seeing Crowley. It's obviously throwing off his entire world view, but it would be like Janine showing up wearing a mini-skirt and fishnet stockings.
"Well, I'm glad I've seen it, but not sure I'll be booking this holiday again next time."

It's when she's making her way back through the breakwater from taking a dip that she crosses paths with Crowley. Her gut still twists with a twinge of leftover instinct to get far, fast, but their truce has held up so far outside of him taking cheap shots at her for shit with Cas, and now Dean. Squinting against the sun, she swallows the general rage and hatred he can always inspire at the drop of a hat and opts for civility. She pauses for some reason, wondering all the while why she doesn't just give him the cold shoulder. Her expression passes for neutral, if not entirely friendly; her tone flat and nonchalant.
"Leave it to you to remind me how small this place really is."
no subject
"If you really want to get away, jump into one of those things."
After a brief pause, he keeps walking, bare feet moving with slow deliberation through the sand, as if he's more focused on the steps than where they're taking him.
Bruce Banner
He wanders around outside, collecting dirt and leaves and anything else small enough to fit on his person. Maybe the things here hold the key to figuring out how Wonderland works. Once he's finished that, he starts to wander inside the mansion more. How much of the layout is the same? What's changed? He walks each floor, snooping everywhere from the basement to the roof in the name of exploration.

If anyone would be able to get to the bottom of what's happening here, it'd be Bruce Banner. Bruce had told Steve he could contact him for any science-related issues, and Steve has to assume that this applies.
A text is the quickest way to get a hold of him, seeing how Steve isn't entirely sure where Bruce's haunts are anymore. ]
I hope you're not so cooped up that you haven't noticed the rips that have been opening around Wonderland?
no subject
Nobody here but us chickens.
I've noticed the rips, yes. Any ideas? You've been here longer than I have.

"Oh god, sorry! These things are really unpredictable. Last time I went through one I landed in the pool."
no subject
"Good thing you can swim." He give Billy a sardonic smile. "I haven't been able to get too much of a read on these things. Just enough that I was pretty sure there was something solid on the other side of it."

mirror!Banner
Turning around to glance at the rip that he's just fallen through, he lets out a heavy breath like a dragon and takes heaving steps towards the nearest voices or sounds of life that he can pick up on. The earth around him shakes with each step, but he's used to the way things give around him, shoving trees out of the way as easily as paper.
With his posture tall and his head held high, he wonders if he can find the people here who would cage his mind and fully bring out the beast within. There's not a place he's been where someone hasn't tried to use him.
Nothing makes him angrier.
ACTION
It's a mood thing.]
ЩΉӨΛ-ΉӨ-ΉӨ, BIG FΣᄂᄂΛ.
[Oh, now this? This is prime real estate. The color isn't his favorite, but then, he's always been the most partial to golden yellows. Green just screams environmental sustainability, or, I don't know, jealousy.]
ΉӨЩ'Ƨ ƬЯIᄃKƧ?
no subject
There's part of a smashed tree under his foot and his great brow furrows as he focuses on the bright yellow thing. It's not a person at all, not even really person-shaped like Banner is. ]
What are you?

"We meet yet again, Gamma Troll." He tries carefully, stepping back and to the side to put some distance between them while never turning his back to the Hulk. "I don't suppose I could simply convince you to stand down? I would hate to be the one to report it was one of the noble Captain's very own to break the peace between us."
no subject
Just the thought of SHIELD has his blood boiling and he almost doesn't process Loki's words because of it, shoulders raising as if he's getting ready for a fight like a feral creature. Just as quickly as they tensed, they shift again to something more neutral.
"Bring Banner to the Captain."

He stalks around for a while, but as with all times he's ventured to the Real Side, Johnny finds his way into his Real's room.
His time on the other side hasn't been the kindest and he's considerably thinner than his counterpart. Small enough that he fancies he won't be seen as he presses close to the clothes up in the closet, hands passing over the varying fabrics.
There's something worth taking here, he's certain of it. ]
no subject
He opens the door without fanfair. ]
You do know that I'm a demon, don't you?
no subject
Somewhat casually, Johnny turns on his heel and takes a sleeve with him, dragging it past his nose before dropping it and then shrugging. ]
Yeah, I know all kinds of things about you. So what?
