+ FOURTH WALL EVENT: GENERAL NON-PARTY MINGLE POST +

Who: E V E R Y O N E
Where: Everywhere that isn't one of the parties! Both Sides!
When: Sept 1st to Sept 10th
Rating: G to PG-13 (please label higher ratings, thank you!)
Summary: Wonderful parties are springing up all across Wonderland, but there are still plenty of other places to explore. This is a log for any new arrivals who want to experience different parts of Wonderland life, and any current guests not in the mood for a log or transmission of their own.

Please also see THE FOURTH WALL MASTER POST for rules, information, and all the fun parties you can visit!
The Story:

On the morning of September 1st, everyone in Wonderland, on both Real and Mirror Side, will awake to find one of four possible invitations has been shoved under their doors. The glass has been carefully removed from all mirrors, and everyone will be able to cross to and from Mirror Side with ease, without forcing any sort of swap. The Queen of Hearts' chambers, discovered in the previous event, will be mysteriously inaccessible, leading only to a tearoom.

Additionally, there will be many more Wonderland guests than usual, each of them with their own random invitation and network device (wired to make replies only). As the week goes on, as per the invitations, more and more parties will appear (and everyone is invited to all of them, whether they received an invitation or not). But who brought them here? Why are there so many parties? Who is responsible for all of this exactly?

It's anyone's guess, though if parties or riddles are not your style, then there is always plenty more to see...

Hello, I am the most recent Undertale to be lured into your web! :D

[Mettaton doesn't really... go to the merchants. At all. They creep him out and in a world where there is no real economy, he doesn't like what they trade you in exchange for your memories. No matter what, it seems the prices are too high.

But this one? This one is new. And there's something... Off about him. More so than is usual with Wonderland. So he approaches, thankful that he had quite a bit of G in his pocket when he was brought to Wonderland.]

Well hello there! What have you got to sell?

Undertale party! :D

[Something OFF you say...

It's probably the mask or that he smells like burnt sugar. But either way he laughs and doesn't question the fact that Mettaton is a robot. Probably already heard that one!]

Good evening amigo! I have many wonderful things for sale with the intent to keep you alive and hopefully not die a horrible death. Here we are!

[He hands over a list of items, from General to Equipment because the player liked linking lists rather than having him say it all.]

And I do not charge for memories, if that is a concern of yours so shop to your heart's content.
mettatonvevo: (He excite)

Where the exp goes up and the existential crises don't matter!

[personal profile] mettatonvevo 2016-09-04 10:52 pm (UTC)(link)
[Amigo? Isn't that a human word in one of their languages? Interesting.

He peruses the list, his eyes growing a little wide at the acronyms on there. Some he knows, some he doesn't, but the farther down the list the more something... clicks in his mind.

Rooms. HP. LOVE. SAVEs.

...the best part of the game was when he showed up, three-fourths of the way through. Yes... yes he DID say that. Everything begins to slot into place.]

Mmm, you've probably gotten this question a lot, but what does CP stand for? And what's the conversion rate of G to credits?

[Some of those weapons are very tempting.]

It stands for Competences Points! These points allows one to use special and magical attacks until they run out, whereupon the protagonist is stuck with their basic attack. The items I have offer to heal those points so combat can be ended in a wonderful fashion.

[He doesn't have to do the math anymore but that's yet another person who uses G as currency. Interesting. So they're all probably from the same world then, or at least one that shares the same money.]

Since the lowest item I sell is forty, G will be worth ten.

[Unless Mettaton wants to discover the joy of fetch quests, anyway. Personally, he'd rather the money.]
mettatonvevo: Mettaton EX laughing (he laughs and i die)

[personal profile] mettatonvevo 2016-09-05 06:48 am (UTC)(link)
Ohhhh, now that's new! Tell me, do you think those items would buff someone whose basic attack is already magical?

[He might consider getting one if it means getting an edge over that Mirror of his.

When he hears the conversion rate he purrs approvingly.]

Now that's one of the loveliest things I've heard all day.

[The feeling that his life is a video game is settling a lot better with him that he thought it would. Then again, he always kind of knew, didn't he?]
catinthemask: (10)

[personal profile] catinthemask 2016-09-06 03:44 am (UTC)(link)
That is a good question! It is mostly used as a CP recovery item so I am not sure what the effects would be like if applied to something else. We could do a trial run if you wish and see what happens!

[Maybe good things maybe explosions. But isn't it great when you can roll with your reality like that? So much easier.]
mettatonvevo: (hmmm)

[personal profile] mettatonvevo 2016-09-07 06:19 am (UTC)(link)
[A trial run of a substance from a different game that could cause a potentially gigantic accident? He grins. Time to be reckless!]

Sounds like a plan. What should we try first?

[He shouldn't be making these kinds of gambles, honestly, but if you gently push the 4th Wall, he's pretty sure there's someone on his side who isn't going to let him die just yet. So he should be fine. Probably.]

[personal profile] catinthemask 2016-09-07 03:08 pm (UTC)(link)
[Zacharie claps his hands and turns on his heel, somehow managing to swap his mask to a cat like one in that spin.]

Excellent! But in the event that a back and forward PM may be required, how high is your HP? I cannot tell off the top of my head. Also can you eat meat?

[Because robot. He doesn't know these things.]
mettatonvevo: (shock?)

[personal profile] mettatonvevo 2016-09-07 07:56 pm (UTC)(link)
[He thinks for a moment, assessing his memories of fights and his life in general.]

If I recall correctly, my HP is... 1,600! As for eating meat, it depends. Do you mean am I able to physically consume it, or actually digest it?

[An important distinction for him, given the difference between human food and Monster food. He wonders if there is such a difference in Zacharie's home.]
catinthemask: (09)

[personal profile] catinthemask 2016-09-07 08:19 pm (UTC)(link)
Excellent! I recommend Fortune Tickets as they heal one thousand HP. As for the meat, both physically consuming and digesting it would be best.

[It's seriously meat. May clog up gears, all that good stuff. Better safe than sorry and Zacharie would rather Mettaton be a returning customer.]
mettatonvevo: (pensive)

[personal profile] mettatonvevo 2016-09-08 02:07 am (UTC)(link)
[...holy shit, they heal how much?]

Did you really say one thousand HP? That is... incredible!

[That's more then what his Facesteaks heal! And they have his face on them!]

Mm, then we might have a problem then. While I can technically "consume" human food, I don't actually absorb it. It's too physical for me. Monster food is actually digestible since it it made out of magic.

[Drat. Then this probably won't work.]

[personal profile] catinthemask 2016-09-08 02:15 am (UTC)(link)
I seem to be getting that comment a lot!

[No really, he has. Perhaps these games dealt with much lower HP values than OFF did. But who could say, really?]

That is a shame. But I still can offer you those Fortune Tickets if that is your fancy or defensive or offensive equipment if you are still looking!

[And he's going to take a look-see into 'monster food'. Something tells him that he would more than likely have to adjust his selling list during his time in Wonderland.]
mettatonvevo: (hmmm)

[personal profile] mettatonvevo 2016-09-08 09:48 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, I will definitely be taking some Fortune Tickets. Dealing with the people I do, I'm probably going to have to be watching my HP for awhile now.

[His mirror, other people's mirrors... goodness, he's not used to this many people actually wanting him dead.

He looks to the list again, hmming here and there as he goes over the options and how much G he has on his person.]

That Katsuhiro bat is very tempting... and so is that Aura of Greatness... does the illustrious shopkeep have any personal recommendations?
