Summary: The Red Queen has thrown a carnival for everyone!
The Story:


From Friday, March 9, through Friday, March 16, the gardens and grounds of the Mansion will be a sprawling a carnival. The masked, unspeaking vendors will be selling trinkets and running free game booths. Carnival rides, exhibits, and foods represent all of the various cultures of those currently residing in the Mansion.


Of particular note, and perhaps incongruously, everything is decorated with red hearts.

Okay, here goes. She has no idea if this is the right idea, but they're bumper cars, so...she'll just drive straight at Ishimaru. Watch out, buddy.]

[moraloutrage]

[He watches alright! With a gasp, he tries to turn out of the way, but he's moving way to slowly.]

J- Jolyne-kun! [He cries out and winces just before his cart gets bumped!]

[uncoils]

It's fine, like I said, you're supposed to do that! Now hit my car back.

[moraloutrage]

[He opens his eyes and realizes how minimal the impact was, as he takes some breaths.]

Is... is it really okay? [He then puts his foot on the pedal to... very gently bump her back!]

[uncoils]

[That was kind of weak, but hey progress!]

Yeah, it's totally fine.

[She'll start driving back towards him now, watch out Ishimaru.]

[moraloutrage]

N-not this time!

[Ishimaru's determined to outmaneuver her! But in her frantic rush, he ends up moving his bumper car in reverse... and eventually backs right up into the border of the area, leaving him a sitting duck!]

[uncoils]

Gonna have to do better than that!

[Sorry buddy, you're getting bumped into that border.]

[moraloutrage]

Ack! [And so he's bumped again! But her challenge...]

I will!! I will... do better! [This was just another test that he would have to grow and surpass through hard work! He can do this! ...As soon as he can get his cart successfully out of being stuck near the border!]

[uncoils]

Prove it then.

[She'll just bring her car to a stop so it's a perfect target.]

[moraloutrage]

I... I shall!! [He declares as he tries to get his cart moving! And soon he does... and it races towards Jolyne's cart at max speed!]

[uncoils]

Oh crap!

[That's a little faster than she expected, so she's trying to turn out of the way. But probably isn't going to avoid getting hit.]

[moraloutrage]

[Ishimaru's not completely sure what he's doing, but he's doing it! With her unable to turn completely in time, he manages to half-hit her cart with the full force of his momentum! ...And immediately feels bad about it!]

Jolyne-kun, are you alright?! I am so sorry!!

[uncoils]

[The impact causes her car to spin a little and once it stops, she starts laughing.]

Don't be sorry, it's fine!

[moraloutrage]

Are you sure? [He says, still tentatively concerned at her spin. But her laughter does make him sigh in relief.]

I am glad that you are enjoying yourself! This... is quite enjoyable after all!

[uncoils]

I hate to say I told you so, but, told you so.
