Summary: As an apology for all of the mess associated with the redecorating last week, the Red Queen has organized a party for everyone in Wonderland, and invited
The Story:

The ballroom's high, arching ceilings seem to reach up at least two stories above your head, despite the fact that there are definitely second and third story rooms above this spot. High, wide windows let in sunlight during the day; at night, chandeliers and wall sconces light up with so many candles, it's hard to believe the light isn't from an electric source.

In preparation for the incoming guests, the ballroom has been decorated in light, pastel colors. There are many streamers and balloons, and garlands made with fresh flowers that will not wither for the entire four-day duration of the party. Confetti floats through the air now and then, but upon closer inspection it is not paper, but flower petals. There is a long table set up towards the back with beautiful flower arrangements and more food and drink than anyone could imagine, including an abundance of cake, tea, and alcohol of various kinds.

There are smaller tables to the side if you would like to sit and talk or eat, but there is a great space open as well for mingling and dancing. Various kinds of music will be played throughout the weekend, though there does not seem to be any particular source - no stereo system or DJ booth to be seen.

But most importantly, the party will cater itself to what makes you, the guest, most comfortable. This is your night and you are guests of Wonderland. There's no need to worry or fear. The mansion will take care of you so long as you are in its walls.

(And perhaps, when the party is over, you won't want to leave at all.)

So you had a TV world to deal with? Huh... Isn't watching TV supposed to be not good for you or something? That's what I heard before.

It depends on what you watch. And how much of it.

But shouldn't I be blaming on whoever is putting that stuff on TV in the first place?

If you say that, then you can also blame the actors and the other people who watch it and make it popular enough to be on, and yourself, too, for continuing to watch it even if you know it's bad for you.

But is that why you had to fight in the TV world? Because of things like that?

[Souji shakes his head, though he considers that still.] No, it wasn't like that. The TV was just the way between the two worlds.

But why the TV and not any other way?

I guess...something to do with how suggestive TV can be to people.

Ah, I think I get it! Fastest way to get to a lot of people at one time too. Who knew it was such a dangerous thing?

It can be a good thing, too. I guess most powerful tools are like that.

But since the world is fixed and is better now, people still watch TV, don't they?

[Souji nods.]

Watching it isn't a problem. Accepting everything on it as the truth is.

Oh! Right, that's a good point. But why would... Oh.

I was about to ask why anyone would put horrible things on TV like that if they weren't true, but there still would be people out there who believe it.

[eatsyourscience]

Mm. [There would always be some people intent on deceiving others and there would always be some people who wanted to be deceived.

Souji laced his fingers together and stretched his arms above his head.]

Let's go get some more food. There's a lot more than this.

Oh! Right, now that I'm here, I can't pass up on a party with lots of good food! And on the way, I can see how many other cute girls are here!

[The second Souji lowered his hands from that stretch, Ryoji held onto his arm, and headed back over to where the food was. He liked this place, whatever it was, that allowed him to live again as normal and allowed him to make a new friend too.]
