Summary: The Summerween Trickster has made his decree - Trick or treat...or die! This is a mingle log for Trick-or-Treating!
The Story:



On the morning of the 24th, everyone will find that the mansion was inexplicably decorated for Halloween...sort of. The idea behind the decorations is mostly the same, except that every jack-o-lantern is made out of a watermelon instead of a pumpkin. No, this is SUMMERWEEN.

For the first day it will be harmless enough, just a change in décor and a little spooky summer fun. However, by the second day there will be sightings of the Summerween Trickster, a creepy fellow made entirely out of unpopular loser candy, and he is not happy. In the entrance hall, there will be a giant jack-o-melon container with a counter and a count-down clock ticking away to the end of the event.

Your job, Wonderland, is to trick-or-treat for your lives. You have until the end of the event to deliver one million pieces of candy to the jack-o-melon before the end of the event, to appease the Summerween Trickster.

What was that? You'll just sit this out and wait for the event to end? I wouldn't do that if I were you. You see, the Summerween Trickster could be lurking around any corner. If he catches someone not fully embracing the spirit of Summerween (refusing to trick or treat, not wearing a costume, etc), they will not survive the experience. The Trickster will kill them and swallow them whole, making them part of his horrible loser candy body.

[Dipper wasn't lying about that "tricks" thing. Frisk is just dumping their latest trick in the trash - a half-eaten apple that was flung at them through the door before it slammed shut - when they see someone hammering on the door.

She's really...wow. Frisk feels their cheeks go red a little bit, because she's really tall and she's dressed like Wonder Woman and wow, just really, wow. At this rate they're gonna end up looking redder than Chara does.

Frisk manages to clear their throat and advance a few steps.]

Do you, um...need some candy? I've got lots.

We all need candy. Don't tell me you were planning on eating yours - that's life-saving candy.

No, I was just thinking of maybe...sharing. In case you need some. You seemed mad that the door wasn't giving you more?

[Stillllllll can't quite look at her. Because she looks really great.]

Because we're on a deadline! If everyone decides to be a cheapskate, we're never going to hit a million.

[determinedest]

I don't know if we really have to get a million. Maybe we just have to get really, really into it. Which, um. You are. Because your costume is great. You look great.

[Frisk stop hitting the * Flirt command.]

Right? [ /effectively distracted by her ego, good job frisk. she looks herself over, adjusting the lasso ] I mean, I'm not normally into the whole nerd thing, but you have to admit, I'm working it.

Nerd thing?

[That's not really the first thing that jumps to mind when they think "nerd". If it is, though, then where might they find nerds of similar caliber?]

I mean, I didn't know Wonder Woman was a nerd thing.

Well, comic books or whatever. I was just going for someone who could kick ass.

No, but my life is decidedly anything but normal.

So it has happened to you?

[Now Frisk looks a little worried. They're dressed as an angel, but Chara's dressed as a devil and if their costumes start taking them over...that could be very bad.]

Not me personally - just literally everyone else in my town.

I was the only one who got my costume from outside the city limits.
