The Story:

Common Room
The common room is a circular room where Gryffindor students can relax after a long day of studying. It is full of squashy armchairs, tables, and a bulletin board where school notices, ads, lost posters, etc. can be posted. The common room is decorated in several shades of red, which is associated with the house.

There are many windows that look out onto the grounds of the school, and a large fireplace dominates one wall. The mantle of the fireplace is adorned with a portrait of a lion. The walls are decorated with scarlet tapestries that depict witches and wizards, but also various animals. There are also bookcases located in the room.


Dorms
The Gryffindor dormitories are also located in the Tower, with two doors leading off from the common room that open to spiral staircases. One of them leads to the girls' dormitory, the other to the boys'. The stairs to the girls' dormitory are enchanted to become a slide if any boy attempts to climb them, but not vice versa, since it was deemed that girls were more trustworthy than boys... (Look don't blame me it's canon)

[This is downright adorable. Everybody on the Gryffindor Quidditch team loves Papyrus- his exuberance and positive vibes always make all of them want to do their best, just so he can be excited about the victory. Shepard, however, is also aware that he practically never sleeps, so she almost feels bad bothering him, because getting him to pass out again is probably going to be an effort she's going to lose. But she also doesn't want him to not turn in his homework. So she approaches gently, jostles his shoulder a bit.]

Hey buddy. Your homework must be really boring if even you fell asleep.

[ he makes a little noise, wiggling his bony fingers from within the confines of his gloves. Make no mistake, this skeleton is definitely a morning person...and a noon person. And a night person. And kind of a late night person. But it always takes him a little bit of time to come around, especially when he's dreaming about...

...falling down a rabbit hole. Being on fire. A dusty room. Blue jackets. Yellow scales and a lab coat. Little things, here and there. He blearily collects his surroundings-- Hogwarts. The normal stuff.

One of the quidditch team members sweetly wiggling his shoulders.

He wakes up with a start. ]

M-M-MY BORING ISN'T HOMEWORK-- ER.

I AM!! COMPLETELY AWAKE AND FINE AND WAS DEFINITELY NOT ASLEEP!! [ he can't even remember what he was dreaming about, now. His notebook falls on the ground and he looks at it. The culprit of a nice siesta.

Damn you. ]

[She snickers a little bit, because wow that was cute. Papyrus is always too precious.]

Whatever you say, buddy. I'd encourage you to get some rest, but it looks like you were in the middle of something there.

[She gestures to his unfinished essay and the uh, decorate scribbles his quill made as it trailed off and hit the floor.]
