For the duration of this event each character will discover that their room has been replaced with one of their own memories, one that they find themselves particularly happy or "at home" in. More information can be found here.

This log is an opportunity for your characters to describe the memory playing in their room, so that other characters might visit, and watch the scene unfold. It strikes a nerve, as he intended. Lucifer's rejection of her and clear use of her as a tool was both frustrating and painful. He abandoned her and hid his distaste for her kind under sweet, charming words. Did he really love her? No, that was becoming more and more clear. And for Castiel to know this, it was a bitter blow.

"Likely in the same place it left you. How is your father? Gone, much like mine." She rolled her eyes. "Hardly a wonder you rebelled given your wonderful family life. Archangels fighting amongst themselves, hardly any attention for their other siblings."

So Lilith has lost all faith in Lucifer, then? She must have finally realized that he had no consideration for her, that she was barely a blip on his radar. She only holds value to Lucifer as far as her usefulness as a tool.

Castiel's own Father is certainly a sensitive subject these days, although he's also gotten used to the less tactful rubbing of that in his face. Still, what Lilith said then, there was no lie in it. Heaven had unraveled before his eyes, steeped in corruption so great it would have impressed most of Hell's denizens.

"And what path have you chosen? Now that you understand that Lucifer holds no love for you." It's preferable he gets the topic off of himself.

"The same one that I've told you about before." She said, giving a small huff, turning away from him. "I'm surviving, nothing more." The reminder of Lucifer's pressing of her to make friends and be his eyes and ears. His response to her turning him down and questioning his methods.

He didn't take her rebellion well, but she still maintained her path.

"I'm not about to get myself killed by making more enemies than I have or by antagonizing my enemies." Beyond her teasing, that is.

That is the story that Lilith has stuck to since she arrived here, and it falls in line with what the other demons have done, Crowley and even Meg. It does seem almost pitiable, to have an existence that revolves around nothing more than staying alive, with no greater purpose to latch onto.

Castiel doesn't say as much, though. If Lilith prefers to stay out of the way and keep herself out of dangerous situations (that is, angering any angel enough that they might be tempted to smite her), then he isn't about to argue. She pushed the envelope when he'd thought himself a mental patient during one event, but that incident is months old.

It would help if Lilith didn't express such an interest in him. They were hardwired to despise each other, and yet she still found a reason to come pester him every couple of months.

"Then have you satisfied your curiosity for the moment?" he asks, narrowing his eyes as he crosses his arms over his chest.

"For now," she said, turning on her heel. It was a strange thing, but Castiel did interest her. Creatures who changed their predestined path were odd already, but even more while she was questioning her own actions and desires.

But for now, she felt sated in what she wanted. Castiel's memories had been amusing, but didn't shed any further light on her own situation. Though she would keep an eye on him in the future. Better to leave now than to push him further.

"I'll see you again, darling."

It does help that Lilith takes the out that Castiel gives her and leaves. He narrows his eyes at her pet name for him, but it's not anything that far beyond what Crowley's called him in the past.

It's not as if Castiel wanted to give Lilith that opportunity to learn more about him, but at least his room hadn't held any deep, dark secrets. It wouldn't have told her anything she didn't already know.

Once she's gone, he sets about placing a devil's trap in front of his door.
