Summary: Wonderful parties are springing up all across Wonderland, but there are still plenty of other places to explore. This is a log for any new arrivals who want to experience different parts of Wonderland life, and any current guests not in the mood for a log or transmission of their own.

The Story:

On the morning of September 1st, everyone in Wonderland, on both Real and Mirror Side, will awake to find one of four possible invitations has been shoved under their doors. The glass has been carefully removed from all mirrors, and everyone will be able to cross to and from Mirror Side with ease, without forcing any sort of swap. The Queen of Hearts' chambers, discovered in the previous event, will be mysteriously inaccessible, leading only to a tearoom.

Additionally, there will be many more Wonderland guests than usual, each of them with their own random invitation and network device (wired to make replies only). As the week goes on, as per the invitations, more and more parties will appear (and everyone is invited to all of them, whether they received an invitation or not). But who brought them here? Why are there so many parties? Who is responsible for all of this exactly?

It's anyone's guess, though if parties or riddles are not your style, then there is always plenty more to see...

[ Mettaton's effort at concealing his displeasure is mostly unnecessary, Ford has already caught on to the fact that this place is not too unlike Ryslig and that's exactly what he's trying to confirm. ]

[ Steven doesn't deliver the words with any emotion. It's more that he's stating what he believes to be fact. They may be the Queen of Hearts' creations, but that doesn't mean they can lay claim on each other.

They're more than objects. ]

She has her uses, but that doesn't mean that you own her. I think she's started to realize that.

[ Hence why she'd told him the truth of what was going on. ]

Boy, wouldn't that be a kick in the ass. If they forgot about him in turn. Like nothing ever happened. Like they never left the lab at all. But they're still trying to hold onto themselves. Trying to hold onto 'Sunflower'.

The winds might get too strong and the stems will break, the pedals snapping off. Then all that's left is the core.

They never had siblings before. Or maybe half of them did. But he left a long time ago. Too young to remember.]

A memory is something that's consciously recalled, isn't it? It's different from a memory in your heart.

[Someone else's voice. A female voice. one the other Sans would know, but not this one. That's fine.]

[It's seriously meat. May clog up gears, all that good stuff. Better safe than sorry and Zacharie would rather Mettaton be a returning customer.]

Yes, as he is the protagonist of the game. As for the specters, he has the power of Purification to lend a helping hand.

[And heavy, heavy baseball bats. But hey, that's how it goes.]

[ Owen's little act really doesn't do much to convince Martha of anything, not that he's trying particularly hard. He looks like he's fraying, and while she can't help with what she thinks he's suffering from, she can still be a friend. ]

Come on, let's head inside.

[ Martha reaches out for Owen's hand. It occurs to her that Owen doesn't really seem that shocked to see her, which must mean he hasn't been here in Wonderland for the years that she was gone. Or at least, that's her theory. ]

[ Honestly, she's got the missing down to a science. Downside of her being something of a stationary figure in Wonderland to compliment others fluidity. It's weird that so many of the people coming back seem to remember her, but she's not gonna complain.

She doesn't dodge the lick, letting out a sound of surprise that's not mixed with being upset at all. Darcy had missed the lighter stuff like this. Hellos to balance out the heavy amount of goodbyes she'd dealt with over the years. ]

It's crazy seeing you back here. But, I'm glad. A lot's happened since you left. [ Including a zombie invasion among other things. ]

She's at her best when she doesn't think for herself too much. I believe that's how she got herself tangled up with you in the first place.

[He tilts his head in a halfhearted attempt at appearing engaged.]

Have you been putting ideas in her head again? She gets so confused by conflicting messages.

elena's hold shifts into something more protective, even as she gives a small, warm laugh. ] Aw, Care. [ tightening the hug now, not letting go until you guys do, sry not sry. ] We love you, too. [ and it wasn't the same without caroline. it just wasn't. elena knows that bonnie could feel it, too. ]

[She looks him up and down, unable to help herself with what she says next.]

I won't be as single-handed as you, at least.

Snow, yes. But Caitlin is just fine. Preferred, actually.

[ There's an itch to correct her title, an old habit that had died hard (but died) back home. While the title still holds weight, it's something she's moved away from insisting on, even as her reputation improved after Dr. Wells' "disappearance." And here, the title would put them on parity.

Insisting on it now would be pedantic and inappropriate when she's trying to make an apology. ]

I wanted to apologize, Dr. Banner. I know many of us weren't exactly ourselves during that... event, myself very much included. But I certainly don't think it excuses that behavior at all. The taunting and the ridicule. Abusing someone.

[ She closes her eyes, shakes her head. ] It's appalling.

[They're loathe to reveal their stats but...]

120 HP, now. Fortune Tickets are overkill, at the moment. I'll ask you to keep that confidential.

[He's really pushing them. Does he need them off his hands that quickly?

They peruse the list once more, and then slowly glance up at Zacharie with a mildly disbelieving expression.]

'Expiration.' Does that decrease the opponent's HP by 400?

[Because if so, holy shit. Holy shit. Where is he from?]

“Never said a word to her, I was too busy trying to figure out Wonderland when the mirror thing happened. But I heard about it. She got pissed, lost her composure, and said some things she shouldn't have.”

Mainly about that super mysterious spy person, who's also someone on Jolyne's list of asses to kick. But despite not hearing it first hand, it sounds too believable to not be true. She's told someone else her feelings on that one recently. People like the Queen, they're so used to being in control, so used to being in charge, that once they're not, they don't know how to deal with it, and absolutely suck at concealing the fact.

“But yeah, I'd try and fight her. Sure.”

She says it casually, like it's no big deal. She's done checking the walls too, there's obviously nothing here, so she'll turn back to face Mettaton.

“Don't get me wrong, I don't know if I'd win. But anybody who does all this bullshit like having spies or making people turn traitor, that's someone in need of an ass kicking. And I wouldn't be me if I didn't at least try.”

[ The interjecting laugh alone is enough to get a startle out of Dipper. The initial shock is followed by him scrambling to get said communicator back into his hands, and once he truly sees who's on the other end, he scowls.

... At least this is only over a phonelike thing. ]

Great. I guess not having to see you for a while longer would'a been too much to ask for.

[Okay, so Jolyne does her best to try and pretend to be the tough protag, especially since her uncle's a dork, and Giorno's clearly the cool one. But she can't really do that once she realizes who she bumped into, so you know what, give her all the shit in the world Hermes, you're getting a hug from her.

Which might seem weird because she doesn't normally do that, but she'll explain herself in a second.]

Five minutes? It's been months!

[She's just laughing because man, it's been way way too long since she's seen her friends.]

[ He grimaces slightly at that, shifting his gaze back towards the invite. The truth— well. The truth was that he'd kept himself holed away for a good month, both out of self-preservation while Thawne was around and out of stubbornness. Though he'd slowly been coming out of his shell with a little coaxing courtesy of Allen and West, there was still much about the mansion that Harrison had to learn, like the years and years of history.

Not that he'd ever admit any of that to Ramon, though.

Instead, he taps a finger against the table in contemplation. ]

Could be anything. The mansion doesn't do things without reason, in my experience. What it has to gain . . . [ Harrison trails off, shaking his head. ] I don't know. Not yet. But if it is an event— which it is, it has to be— then by the end of it, everyone who's come here will probably be sent home.

[ Cory can't help but look suspicious. ]

Is it the internet? Social media? ...Texting?

Okay. [ He says for a third time, still trying to convince himself of it. He crosses his arms, taps his foot, and just generally looks very uncomfortable in the way someone does when they're trying to look like they're not. ]

Right. So what do... we do with a giant talking cat?

[Dipper really should have seen this coming. Why would Bill ever leave them alone? He glares back down at the communicator in his hand.]

What do you want, Bill? Besides to annoy the crap out of us.

[ Neither is he. Outwardly, at least. ]

Ah, but see panicking would not help us if we're lost. If we're lost, it'd be much better to approach the situation calmly and rationally.

[He mines zipping the mouth of his mask before chuckling. He's actually not trying to get rid of Chara, merely find out more about them for the heck of it.]

Yes it does. It is used in combat so it is somewhat useless outside of battle.

[You can't just chuck it at someone's head, you actually have to be fighting them.]

He's the first to move closer, but she's the one to completely close the distance. She pulls Cisco into a hug, one that's likely a little harder and a little longer than usual. "I've missed you so much," she says, her voice choked and little more than a whisper. Once she's held onto him for a while, she steps back, resting her hands on his shoulders.

"Okay, I know this is going to sound ridiculous. Believe me, I struggled with it a lot and sometimes I'm still not sure of it. But..." She takes a breath to steel herself. "We're in Wonderland."

[slapfight]

Wonderland takes memories, Steven. I thought it was ridiculous and of course it wouldn't happen to me, but how would I know? [she pulls back, looking a bit like she might get hysterical at any moment.] What else has it taken from me without my knowledge?

[notuptight]

[ Admit it? No. But she has just an inkling that he does. Her mouth moves from his ear to his neck in search of meatier prospects. She sinks her teeth into the juncture where neck meets shoulder, hard enough to draw blood. ]

Yes, but they only get five over here. Not our side.

[breakthecurse]

[Tohru looks so happy to see him, and she's about to say so when he smacks his head. Naturally, she fusses over that first.]

O-Oh my gosh, your head! Are you okay? That really must have hurt! I'm so sorry for startling you.

[She feels terrible that she accidentally made him hurt himself, but once it's evident that he's okay her worry fades a little.]

I'm not sure how but...mm. I'm here! [She laughs, gently.] It's been a long time, Souji. It's so good to see you!
