Summary: Wonderful parties are springing up all across Wonderland, but there are still plenty of other places to explore. This is a log for any new arrivals who want to experience different parts of Wonderland life, and any current guests not in the mood for a log or transmission of their own.

The Story:

On the morning of September 1st, everyone in Wonderland, on both Real and Mirror Side, will awake to find one of four possible invitations has been shoved under their doors. The glass has been carefully removed from all mirrors, and everyone will be able to cross to and from Mirror Side with ease, without forcing any sort of swap. The Queen of Hearts' chambers, discovered in the previous event, will be mysteriously inaccessible, leading only to a tearoom.

Additionally, there will be many more Wonderland guests than usual, each of them with their own random invitation and network device (wired to make replies only). As the week goes on, as per the invitations, more and more parties will appear (and everyone is invited to all of them, whether they received an invitation or not). But who brought them here? Why are there so many parties? Who is responsible for all of this exactly?

It's anyone's guess, though if parties or riddles are not your style, then there is always plenty more to see...

[ from what he's gleaned from his own observations, it isn't surprising leonard snart's a quick man. isn't he a robber of atms or something? it's hardly impressive, but anyone who takes kindly to barry allen when they're on the opposing side of the "war" is of interest to his mirror. ]

[ he shrugs his shoulders. ] It's very colourful. [ which doesn't quite encapsulate just how much this barry wishes this was his permanent residence. the real side has so much more to offer than the mirror side, and he can't help but try and formulate a plan to steal it away from his real. ]

So who're you? You're not a B.F.F. That's kind of obvious.

[catchacold]

Sure. Or I'm just not stupid enough to confuse you for him, so I'm foregoing our customary cuddle session.

[Yes, the words 'cuddle session' did indeed just come out of his mouth. Stranger things have happened, but not frequently.

Len watches the man, wondering how far he could throw him and deciding that, no, he doesn't even trust him that far.]

I'm the nemesis. Just following a different career path right now.

[disintegrate]

[ barry smiles, brows lifting at that comment. ]

[ so much for a nemesis, really. aren't arch-nemesis' meant to dislike the person they're spending so much time trying to antagonise? perhaps this barry should find a "how to be an arch-nemesis 101" for snart. but given what he's observed, he suspects this is all for show. ]

You sure? I'm a great cuddle. [ his face scrunches up as he still smiles. ] I'm not really sure what that says for your crush, though.

[catchacold]

[It's not his fault his nemesis happens to be too adorable for words. He hasn't chosen him based on that, but it has come in as a nice bonus, he can admit that much. Either way, criticism of the fact doesn't bother him.

There's consequences of his choices that make him question them, but Barry's place in his life isn't one of them.]

My what now?

[disintegrate]

[ barry continues to smile. he wonders if he's hit a nerve, or if snart's simply oblivious to the way he comes off to an audience — an audience that hasn't been invited to watch his little interactions with his real, that is. ]

Arch-enemies usually don't have such a soft spot for their rivals. Not like yours, at least.

[ every villain as some soft spot for the hero. whether it be a need to outdo them, to outpace or outmanoeuvre, or to even become them, in barry's special case, leonard snart doesn't quite fit that particular bill. ]

[catchacold]

[It's mostly that he doesn't care, really, as shown by the way he lifts his shoulders.]

I'm guessing their enemies aren't as cute.

[Because that's Barry Allen, although of course it goes beyond that. He likes the challenge. He appreciates the motivation to think on his feet, in a manner of speaking.

But mostly, yeah, he's really cute.]

[disintegrate]

[ barry can't help but laugh. ]

You can't be serious. [ his brows lift, and he looks at snart like he's more amusing than he is intimidating. in a way, he is; barry suspects the flash can easily end many of his problems, but that pesky little thing known as a conscious and a supposed sense of justice has lead his real astray. ] That's your answer?

[catchacold]

The only one you'll get. I ain't exactly in the habit of sharing my thoughts.

[Not in general and especially not with arrogant boys. Doesn't seem like something he'd get anything out of and touchy-feely isn't even his style with the few people that matter to him.]

But if it will make you wiser. No, I wasn't serious.

[disintegrate]

Ah, thanks. I'm still learning the ropes around here.

[ he suspects that may be a lie, but snart seems a little slippery. the cold's always been hard for anyone to get a hand on. no one ever wants to touch it for longer than their skin can handle it before it blisters. ]

[ he shrugs his shoulders, and with a sweep of his hand, gestures to the hallway that lacks any other barrys. ]

My real's not here to show me around. That's not really cool of him, you know? Leaving me by myself.

[catchacold]

Think not hanging with you might up the coolness factor.

[If this is how they're going to talk, whatever. He can roll with that. Although he doesn't exactly intend to roll very far.

Nor does he offer to give this Barry a tour of the place himself. Instead he wonders. What would the reverse of Barry's powers be?]

[disintegrate]

[ barry only smiles. maybe it's a little reminiscent to how his real would deal with snart, but he wonders if his real would take it personally. granted, he doubts snart would tell his more favoured barry hanging out with him is supposedly lame. ]

You don't like me very much. [ his smile doesn't waver. he's simply amused. ] You don't even know me.

[catchacold]

If it helps, I dislike most people.

[Not a lie or exaggeration in the least.]

I do like Barry. You're not him. Stands to reason.

[He shrugs his shoulders, watching this Barry while his thumb touches his little finger, simply out of habit.]

What's likeable about you?

[disintegrate]

[ answering that question can result in a multitude of responses: snart doesn't believe him; he sells himself short; he answers and it's the "wrong" one. what's likeable about him? he thinks it's the very same reason why his real's likeable. after all, he may be barry allen's mirror, but he's still his reflection. ]

What's likeable about him?

[ it's not said with any acid in his tone. it's almost like a child who's jealous of his sibling or best friend always garnering the attention while he remains in the shadows; it's said with some disbelief, like he doesn't quite understand how his real can be likeable. ]

[ this barry doesn't know his real, not in the same way snart does. it's curiousity, simply tainted by how this barry doesn't quite let himself be entirely vulnerable. ]

[catchacold]

He makes life interesting. Not a lot of people around that could do that for me.

[It's more now, it's different, but he doesn't exactly plan on sharing those thoughts with anyone and definitely not Barry's mirror.

He's not even sure how he would put it into words.]

Don't get your panties in a twist. Ain't really anyone's goal, being liked by me.

[disintegrate]

[ he arches his brow. ] Really?

[ is he simply saying so for the sake of standing up for his real? some people tend to go to bat for reals when their mirrors come about. it's stories and his own assumptions based on human behaviour that makes him curious as to why leonard snart's to smitten with the "real" barry allen. ]

You're a fan of all that heroic, holier than thou stuff?

[catchacold]

No. He brings in a new perspective.

[Leonard still doesn't think he needs to actually justify or clarify anything here. He's never done it to his closest friend, he's not about to do it to somebody's mirror. On the other hand, he's not lying either.]

Is there an end to this interview? Cause it feels like we're stuck in a loop.

[disintegrate]

[ he's never been the kind to want to overstay his welcome. he'd found one of his real's "friends", and that's enough for him. ]

I've got other places to be. [ he pushes himself off from the wall, but not without a subtle glance toward what snart's poring himself over. ]

If you see my other half, tell him I said hello. I'll be seeing you.

[ barry gives snart a bright smile, and begins his trek down the hallway. ]
