Who: Human!Darcy
sorryitasedyou or Angel!Erica
seizurings and YOU!
Where:Various
When: Angels/Demons event
Rating: PG for language? Will bump up if needed
Summary: Erica and Darcy wandering around the mansion (catch-all)
The Story:
Darcy:

Darcy is getting more and more confused as the weekend progesses, doing her best to avoid people with wings. Whether or not they do the same remains to be seen. She can be found wandering around the mansion, most of the time with earbuds in or her nose buried in a book trying to pretend that a ton of people didn't just sprout wings.
Erica:

Erica is beyond annoyed. Being an angel carried its own responsibilities, but that meant she had to care about other people and their issues. She has taken to perching on ledges and finding the roof increasingly more appealing than she had before. She doesn't have to deal with people if they aren't around to bug her about stupid things like miracles and guidance.
[ooc: Hit me up with who you want, where, and when. Prose or action both okay.]

Miss Lewis, the door if you would. I've brought a peace offering. ~ Loki
She had said they shouldn't put their mutual trickery behind them during the last event. He couldn't quite remember why he'd been so adamantly against the idea of worming his way into the 'friend zone' of the Avengers and co. but it didn't matter now. This seemed like the perfect opportunity. He came bearing gifts. If she had a peek hole in her door and checked it, he was holding a bottle of very expensive scotch. Whether it be closet or miracle born, that would be left to the imagination.

Taking a breath, she pulls open the door, surprised to find him standing there with alcohol. She gives a small whistle, eyeing the bottle.]
Well, that's new... Ok - so peace offering...
[She eyes him for a moment before stepping back to let him into her room.]
no subject
We were able to get on well once before. I believe you were correct. It is not something that can be swept away. [When she stepped aside in the subtle indication to allow him entrance, he stepped inside and glanced around at the decor.] If I recall, you are very fond of alcohol, so this seemed appropriate. [He paused, still looking around.] The... Decor is interesting.
[Despite his distraction, he held the bottle out to her, returning his attention to the (probably very unsure) human.] No tricks. At least not against eachother. Perhaps some modern mischief elsewhere could be arranged, however. What say you, Miss Lewis? Would it be at all possible to start over anew between us?
no subject
Yeah, the mansion decided this is what I needed for a room and I'm not complainin'.
[She takes the bottle, moving to grab two glasses off a nearby shelf. Pouring a healthy amount in each she hands one over to him, gesturing for him to take a seat on the couch as she moves to the window seat.]
I'm all for a fresh start... With conditions.
[She couldn't argue with the idea of pranking people, the memories of the high school tricks still fresh. She takes a sip, pleasantly surprised by the quality.]
I'm not saying yes, but what did you have in mind?

Darcy please
She spots Darcy from a distance on her travels, watching as she read a book. Such a pretty little thing, perfect for messing with.
Her approach was cautious, looking as disarming as possible with a friendly smile on her face.
you got it
"Hey, do you have any clue what's going on around here?"
no subject
"All I know is that it has something to do with angels, demons and the apparent apocalypse. I'd try not to stress about it too much if I were you."
no subject
Holy shit. That explained so much. Alright, so angels and demons... She could handle this.
"Is there any way to tell who's who? Or I guess what would be more accurate." Other than looking for wings, guessing halos and horns weren't a legit thing.

erica / early in the event, out on the grounds, if you please!
Out in the gardens, she sits on the edge of the fountain with Boudica sitting comfortably on her feet. Even though she feels slightly off balance, her wolf still listens to her as though she's the alpha, trailing behind her without the necessary leash most dogs — not wolves — require. Cora knows she's no longer a werewolf, finding the human side of her that had been prevalent during her time as a school student is at the forefront once again. Her fingers card through Boudica's hair, the wolf seemingly content with doing nothing at all, sitting beside an alpha who has lost her spark, refusing to abandon her when most betas would.
She tries not to laugh as she looks down at the white coat of her wolf. "I'm getting pins and needles, B," she says, but Boudica merely ignores her, almost pressing more weight upon her feet as the tingling sensation begins to creep upon her bones.
you got it, dude - sorry this is late
At least that's her opinion... Which obviously is the only thing that matters.
She'd kept her wings out of sight so as not to call attention to herself as she moves through the garden, heels clicking against the ground with every step. She stops to fix a wilting rose, when she hears a voice. Her head snaps towards it, blonde curls tumbling over her shoulder. Had she been spotted? Even worse, had she been spotted helping the rose?
don't sweat it, dude! ❤
"Boudica!" she shouts, unafraid of what her wolf will do, her bounding quiet happily toward someone who has existed more as a ghost than anything for so long. Cora doesn't run, but walks fast to make up the distance, before she comes to stand near Erica. Wrapping her fingers around her wolf's tail, she threads it through them as she looks to her, a genuine and stress-free smile on her face. "Reyes," she says, voice warm. "Did they hire you as the gardener?"
no subject
She smiles as Cora approaches, doing her best to not draw attention to what she'd been doing, even if the rose seemed a little healthier than those around it.
"Cora." She keeps her voice light, the smile staying on her face. "I was just spending some time out here, it's so peaceful - and it gives me some time to think and be on my own. How are you?"

Darcy
Please tell me you're not as crazy as half of everyone else is right now.
no subject
You mean sprouting wings and creeping people the hell out? No.
no subject
[ And that's it really. He curls his knees up and just sits there, bored. ]
What are you reading?
no subject
[Since Dean hasn't burned it yet.]
Although I could use a break. Wanna do something?
[She smirks.]
How do you feel about video games?

Nothing except for that elusive glint of light that sometimes shows up when Hiccup is around. (Someday, he'll catch it.)
Today he hears a small, interesting noise that he's never encountered before, and Toothless is, by his nature, very curious. He turns a corner in the mansion to see Darcy, the noise coming from... somewhere around her head. Toothless only hesitates a moment before he takes a few steps toward her, eyes wide. What's the noise?
toothless!!!!!!! :D
She gives a small smile, going with kindness rather than panic. There's no need to freak out unless it's necessary. Pulling the ear buds out of her ears, she pulls the iPod out of her pocket to pause the music.
"Hey there big guy, what's up?"
8D
What in the...
Toothless rumbles, ears forward, eyes wide. He doesn't look all that frightening, for a dragon, though that can certainly change at a moment's notice. But never with most vikings, unless they're trying to harm him. Or Hiccup, or Astrid. He takes a few more cautious steps forward, sniffing in the direction of the ear buds.
That seems to be where the noise had come from.

When he spots Darcy, he almost turns and bolts, afraid to find out that she's some sort of avenging angel or devilish demon, but she doesn't look particularly strange.
"Tell me you're still human. Lying is okay in this one instance."
no subject
"Definitely still human. Jane sprouted wings, still don't know how I feel about that..."
She gives him a thoughtful look, setting down the book and leaning forward slightly.
"Can I get that whole 'lying is okay in this one instance' thing in a raincheck?"
no subject
With a shrug, he quickly looks her over for injury. There's been an added layer of tension around here and he's not going to stand by an watch the little guy get squashed in the big guys' battles if he can help it.
"Is she behaving strangely?"

Darcerooski
He gives it four minutes.
Darcerooski omg that's great
When she finally notices him out of the corner of her eye, she jumps and lets out a small yelp ready to hit him with her book.
"Holy shit balls! How long have you been there?"
I am the best at nicknames, truly
"About three and a half minutes," He shrugs, apparently unconcerned with the fact that she's tempted to bludgeon him to death with a book thicker than war and peace. "Man, you are really in your own little world. Watcha readin'?"
