She should know that by now, shouldn't she? It figures, they'd all still drink blood and have superhearing.

Cami turns to face Spike once he's called her on the intrusion, the guilty look clear on her face. He doesn't exactly seem upset, but she wouldn't blame him for being so--especially when he tells her just what this memory is, when it happened, and that it's one of the last nights he ever spent with her at all.

"Why not? I mean, dying to save the world is bound to impress a girl." But it says so much, she thinks, that he chose not to use his own sacrifice for romance. Spike hasn't tried to make Buffy feel like she owes him, or cheapen his own death by twisting it to his advantage.

She nods to confirm what he asks, that it's an event at play yet again. "Yeah. I know you left the bar pretty trashed last night. After getting my own trip down memory lane, I just wanted to check on you." And others, since technically she hadn't actually known where Spike stayed before wandering down the right hall.

Still, he earns a laugh with the joke. "Okay, I totally deserved that. But I'd like to look at it less as sneaking into a vampire's room, and more as totally invading the privacy of a friend." Because that's so much better, right? She grins at herself, hoping he decides to take the best interpretation of that sentence possible. "Besides, I got pulled into the whole supernatural community completely against my will. I've earned some uninvited entrances."

There's a first time for everything - likely more so for Castiel than for his older brothers, stuck in their ways as they are. Of the archangels that he could be approaching, Michael is at least not the cruelest. (Though he has the quickest temper by far. They all have their faults.)

Although he's gotten used to mostly ignoring Castiel's presence in Wonderland - not a terribly difficult task, when one is accustomed to muting the whole of the Host in order to focus on one's own thoughts - he notices his junior's presence outside his room before the other actually knocks. It's rare for Castiel to grace the tenth floor; he assumes it has a little something to do with the concentration of archangels roosting up here. Though by that token, it also stands to reason that he wouldn't be braving the hall outside his room without a purpose. Castiel is nothing if not damnably persistent when it comes to his self-appointed goals. Ignoring him isn't likely to earn Michael the peace and quiet he seeks.

Instead of opening the door, Michael takes the ever-unpopular approach of appearing directly behind Castiel. He's unconcerned with the possibility of startling the other angel, though it's also not his goal. The fact is he's simply uninclined to give his brother even a glimpse of his memory until he's heard why, exactly, the other is interested - and why he thinks he has any right to it.

"Speak plainly, and don't waste my time."

Asking Castiel to get to the point probably isn't necessary. Compared to Lucifer's constant double-speak and Gabriel's rambling, he's positively blunt. Now and then Michael is reminded of Raphael.

He tries to smile, but Cami's pretty certain anyone would be able to pick out the failure of the attempt. As much as Cami finds herself inexplicably wanting whatever is in here, it doesn't seem to be doing Matt that much good.

"I know this is random, and we see each other at the bar all the time, but...do you want some company?" He's a good guy, really sweet, and someone who can understand the world Cami comes from in a way no one else around them can. "I don't know what it is, but I just started feeling really alone this morning."

[ Please Evelyn, Hannibal wouldn't kill a child. Not unless he had to anyway. Shifted every so slightly onto the defensive in response to the stark change in attitude, he smiles. ]

And you and I both know there have been far worse circumstances than this.

[ You and I both know. Or at least he has his intuition, which he trusts indefinitely. Something may very well be wrong, beyond the scope of melancholy. ]

It must be refreshing to see your family again, even in this capacity.

Not very hospitable.

[She stays seated across from him, reaching over and stealing Bobby's beer. She'll give it a sniff of distaste before putting it back.]

So this is what makes you happiest? Researching. It's rather adorable. You're the homebody.

[She's quite alright with him thinking that her memory is crappy or not even there. It means he won't go looking through her room. He'd leave her vulnerabilities undisturbed.

She just shrugs and gives a laugh.]

It's like you're psychic. Nothing but an empty room and a blank memory. So I want to see what sort of memories humans have. It'll give me a good laugh.

She looked away, feeling that he hit the nail on the head. It was a sore subject, the whole reason that she had sacrificed herself in the first place. She wanted Lucifer's approval and now she didn't have it.

"He killed you?" That's something she never heard before.

"O-Oh, no! It's no trouble at all," Tohru says, shaking her head. "I wasn't expecting anyone, but you didn't disturb me really! I'm sorry if I made you think so."

Tohru pauses though. Even she seems to realize that might be an unusual thing to apologize for, but she couldn't help it. She felt very sorry, as if she was the one who had disturbed her somehow. But instead of dwelling on it, she smiles and tries to push the thought away.

"Besides, a beach would be unusual indoors no matter what, right? It's only natural that you would come look, so please don't feel too badly about it," she adds.

Well, there was an entire world like this.

The Once-ler had nearly forgotten that Truffula trees had once sprouted across Wonderland, or more accurately he had forgotten that there were still people in Wonderland now who were present for that event and remembered it. He never went to the bonfire himself, but that one phrase gives him momentary pause. I remember these trees. The number of people who can actually say that will slowly dwindle until eventually, the Once-ler will be the only one who remembers. He's sure of it.

"...Yeah! Yeah, this is my world. That was my event," he finally says, trying to awkwardly laugh off any hesitance he had. "Man, it feels like forever ago now."

Counting the time he spent at home, it feels closer to four or five years than just two. The Once-ler was such a different guy back then that he has this weird detachment to the whole thing.

"At the time I was pretty proud of having an event that didn't try to kill us," he adds, glancing upward in thought. "But uh. Sorry you've been around long enough to remember it."

The guilty look didn't go unnoticed, but he didn't want to make her uncomfortable. Yes, it had been a very private memory, but he's lived so long that privacy isn't such a huge issue with him. He holds up a finger, pointing it in her direction when she asks that. "That's exactly the reason I couldn't. I didn't do it to impress, I did it because it was the right thing. Don't wanna cheapen the moment, y'know?"

He snorts a derisive laugh. "Trashed sounds about right. Still coping." Fred had been dear to him. But the next statement brings his gaze back to her again, looking almost stunned for a moment before it settles into a smile. "Been a while since I've been called a friend by anyone. It's... nice." Cami, like Fred, didn't treat him like Spike the monster, but Spike the man. It had taken Buffy a long time to reach that point with him. The smile then quirks into a smirk when she continues. "Fair enough. All access pass. Y'know, except when there's a fancy tie caught 'round the handle. Then you're entering at your own risk, luv." He highly doubted there would actually be any of that going around, but still.

"Your little trip to Cinema de Mémoire not a fun one?"

Although the door is open when Lydia gets there she gives a little knock on it anyway, gently grabbing Robin's attention instead of shocking him by just speaking. By now Lydia has assumed that there would be a memory in his room - she's seen other people's by now on top of her own.

Her eyes flicker briefly to the forest scene in the room, not spending enough time looking - prying - to discern what was going on. She'd gone to his room to check on him and to make sure that he was okay. They'd spoken since their chat about the attacks in the diner, having a campfire picnic since. Lydia knew that he was doing okay but she had felt better having someone check on her - making sure that she was okay, happy and not dwelling. She wanted to make sure that he had the same?

"The camp looks nice." A little cosy, and definitely like it could be home. Spending enough time there he'd have made sure it was homey.

Lydia doesn't have her dogs with her when she goes to Bucky's room unlike with Steve's. She's a little sad to say that she hasn't seen him for a while, although the incident that had happened to her had been just before Bucky had left Wonderland, and it's only in recent weeks that Lydia has gotten out and about again.

It's why after speaking to Steve the previous week, and especially after catching glimpses of Steve's memory that Lydia goes to Bucky. Steve had told her to be careful - that whilst Bucky would remember her that he might not be the person that she remembers. Lydia can't say she entirely knows what that means but she's at least trying to keep an open mind.

Lydia watches the scene for a few seconds, eyes scanning the room for the doorway for Bucky before she finally gives a knock on the door, hoping to grab his attention if he was in here. Had he left and left the door open or had he stayed?

It was nice seeing another memory that had both of them in - the joy and friendship of Steve and Bucky, although she doesn't know exactly what is going on this time.

If they were able to have a good supply of food getting a boat to somewhere else could possibly be a great survival idea, especially if the virus hadn't been able to leave the country.

There's a very small nod, and Lydia tries to compose herself better - to reel her emotions back in and down again, and to pull her tears away. Turning her back on what is happening helps a little, although Lydia can still hear it - still remember it. She hadn't thought about this moment in a long while, especially not with what had happened since.

Things never rested - at least not for long. Even in Wonderland that was true although Lydia was thankful that it had never really been a supernatural problem, or that they had yet to run into trouble with hunters.

Yet. She knew that Dean was a hunter, and he was probably the worst person to see this moment. Some of these people were still in Wonderland.

"It happened a while ago." She would have said a long time but it feels longer than it has been - although if you include her year here maybe it now is a long time.

Sometimes demons almost made it too easy. But Lucifer was a master manipulator and twisting a demon who so clearly wanted his affection up in knots probably amused him to no end while he was in the Pit.

.. well. To the extent he can be amused anymore.

"Will kill me. You know, the whole timeline thing. I don't remember it because it hasn't happened to me yet. He does. Because he did it. And for some reason I'm still talking to him." Eh. Not something he's going to examine too closely.

Michonne looks at her, and it's different, seeing her face to face. So much so that for a second her jaw clenches and she has to look down before shaking her head.

"No. Just walking by and it's...better to know it's not just me. And seeing you...sorry."

She turns to go, her emotions already raw and at the surface without wanting this to be Maggie so badly that she didn't realize how much she missed her, how familial they all really were.

She does turn to face him fully at that, head tilting to the side a little. "No shit?"

"Is this..normal?" she asks him quietly, focusing again on Chuck E. Cheese.

At first, Castiel doesn't pay Sam much mind. He's a part of the memory, and it takes a second to realize that he's not following his script, so to speak. It's easy to lose track in a place like this, a place that so closely resembles Heaven.

Not that Castiel will ever get to enjoy something like this when he dies. He has very little idea of what happens to angels when they're destroyed. From what he understands, they simply cease to exist, no afterlife available to them. Maybe that's for the best.

He opens up the door and slips out of the car, shutting it behind him and then leaning against it as he considers Sam's question. He takes a look around. There's nothing particularly special about the setting, and it might seem like just another day in the life to Sam. But it's got greater meaning for Castiel.

"I've told you before that I would rather be working alongside you and Dean than handling affairs in Heaven," he starts. "This was the closest I got to having that." Before it all fell apart on him, that is. He's not sure what his future holds, but as far as he's aware, this is the best that it gets.

The knock on the door has his attention, but he doesn't turn away from the crib. He knows this is a memory, playing itself out until he has Hope in his arms again to place her back in the crib, but he doesn't care. His time with his daughter was much too short before she had to go with Rebekah, so he will take as much advantage of this as he can.

"Come in." He calls out, turning to look over at the door as she opens it. He's sure this scene might confuse her, since last she heard Hope had died. However, he has no problem telling Cami that his daughter survived.

It's not as if Castiel truly expected Lucifer to leave simply because he asked him to. That would be far too simple. He doesn't have the kind of power to force him out, either, and that would end up being more trouble than it was worth, so here they are.

"The only faster way they can travel is by airplane," he points out, "and Dean..."

He pauses. He shouldn't be telling Lucifer about any of Dean's phobias.

"Dean prefers to travel this way, I assume so that he can see the countryside with his own eyes." As far as Castiel can tell, it's the only interesting part of driving.

On the other hand, Castiel has no interest in seeing what makes a demon happy. No doubt it involves dead infants or some other kind of bloodbath, and he's usually treated to enough of that back home.

He moves away from the car, toward the door that will lead them back to the mansion. He has no interest in spending any time here while Lilith is present. "I doubt that my room matches that of any of my siblings."

She can feel free to visit theirs, and see just how willing they are to put up with her. Chances are, not very much.

It's the exact kind of greeting that Crowley should expect. Castiel exits the car in a frustrated huff, though that means that he's just in time to watch Crowley eye the fake Dean as if he's a particularly good cut of meat.

It's jealousy that he feels then, although that's quickly displaced by something like embarrassment. He's not sure why, exactly, but maybe it has something to do with Crowley showing any attention toward Dean. His feelings for Dean are a minefield to navigate most of the time, and Crowley tends to know how to push every button. Without even saying anything, in this case.

"And what is yours full of? You lording over everyone from your throne?"

Crowley's always been very proud to be the King of Hell, but the title barely means anything here. He's most likely eager to be reminded of what he'd once been, before Wonderland put him in his place.

"Please, I know better than to mess with a woman who carries a sword." There's a hint of levity in his voice, but nothing mocking. She's in pain and while he can be a jerk - Gabriel isn't a complete asshole.

"Beats me. I've only been here a few months and so far, most things have either changed us or tried to eat our faces. This?" He gestures absently at the happy, running children and brightly flashing games in the background. "This is a new one on me."
