The Story:

By the time the third day of singing rolls around, Thor has long-since come to terms with the nature of the placards that dot Wonderland's landscape -- if not with the strange sensation that looking at them brings.

There is a magic to them, a spell they weave in the air. He can taste it when he breathes, almost feel it in the air, and though he's held out this long...

It's like resisting the urge to scratch an itch. And on the third successive day, he is roiling with tension -- and the sky is starting to pay the price for his resistance.

So it is beneath gathering storm clouds that Thor begins to sing, soft but building steadily in volume:
